2610 Vega was founded in the summer of 2003 by Undead, Ltd., a partnership of role-players turned real estate investors.  The house serves as a venue for live-action role-playing games.  The plan is to convince local LARP players to work on the house on a volunteer basis, making improvements and design decisions based on in-character needs.  Dark paint, moody lighting, and donated art and furniture will abound.  Donations from LARP attendees are spent to cover utilities.
